Dongguan Guzhan Precision Metal Products can make parts according to your design. Our materials can be metal (aluminum, copper, steel, stainless) or plastic (ABS, PA, POM and Delrin). We make our products with CNC turning and CNC machining centers so we have no MOQ requirement.
Handling All Finishing and Surface Treatments
We can do all kinds of finishing and surface treatments like painting (wet and powder), plating (zinc, nickel, chrome, silver and gold) and anodizing per MIL-A-8625 and chromate conversation per MIL-C-5541E. We also focus on precision metal (aluminum, copper and stainless steel) products such as shafts, heatsinks and enclosures. They undergo major processes like CNC machining, CNC turning and die casting.
We have rich experience in engineering cooperation with our customers. We help customers to optimize the concept design on the manufacturing and material selection side. We do DFM (design for manufacture) to give proposals to our customers to simplify the design and lower the cost.
